    Question Android or iOS?

I've been an android user since I started using a smartphone and I always had a great experience. I also have an iPad so I'm familiar with iOS and I can say that iOS has a cleaner and minimalist interface compared to android. However, I still prefer android OS because there are various ways to customize your phone, lots of personalization and more

How about you? Which do you prefer and why?

Android without a doubt. I've been using an iPhone for 2-3 years now as like I said in another thread, I got it free to complete a job and technologically it's better than other phones I owned. In time I think I'll get another Android phone as generally speaking I've had a more enjoyable experience using Android. You can customise quite a lot on a jailbroken iPhone including the home screen (to an extent), but you can do a lot more on a rooted Android phone. (Even unrooted.) Also, development for Android is more enjoyable than iOS. Even though Android has more variation in different devices on a hardware level, the one-time cheap fee to develop for the Play Store is much better than paying ~$100 a year for App Store publishing. Even if you're distributing free software you have to pay that much. It's a joke.

    Gene: "I don't!"
    Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"

Android all the way! LOL! It's not that I hate IOS devices, they are good but I really don't like how they put their tag price in their devices. Aside from that, I can't add some more memory in IOS devices since I'm a download anything I love type of guy. Having a 32 or 64 internal memory isn't enough for me, I would like it if only their update doesn't eat much of the internal storage of the phone.

I do miss all the memory on androids but my 6s plus never super overheated and hasn't froze on me with all the multitasking. I miss asking google stuff though, I don't know why I don't like Siri haha. If I was to go international I'd definitely get another android as a second phone

I never uses iOS but I am certain that I like android more since my friend has iOS and he has a lot of problems with it. Memory leaks mostly. I am fine with my android, it works good so far, never had a problem with it, and as you said you can customize it as much as you wish.

The only time that I have used iOS is with my Dads phone. Not a huge fan of it to be honest, it's annoying and has lots of problems. I have always used Android and I have been happy with it since I got it. I love how different manufacturers customise the Android software a bit but it's basically all the same no matter what phone you get. The fact you can also get a home screen and customise it is just amazing. How do people with iOS manage without one? We can have a weather and music widget on our home screens but you guys have to click on the apps to find out the weather or start playing a song

I used iOS for a long time, but I really stopped being a fan of them after the iPhone 4S, so I switched to Android. I'm a lot happier with my Galaxy now.
