    Celebrity Activism Is A Lie

I thought this can be a fun topic to discuss with everyone. We all know most celebrities lie.. I mean part of being a great actor or actress is being able to lie so good, you become a believable character on the big screen.

What really gets me is how little they think of everyone "under them" in terms of wealth and popularity. They think so little of us that they believe all millennials are far-left thinkers who all hate Trump and if we don't hate Trump, well we must be racist, hate women, and basically need to be kicked out the country.

When I hear of celebrities comparing all people who support Trump to the KKK or they are all racist, I choose to not support them in anything anymore. I watch very little TV and very few movies. I have an easy time tuning it out so if a celebrity wants to be a racist extremist against white people, they won't get anything from me. I won't buy their music, movies, I won't watch their TV show, etc. I hope more people out there are like me. They need to be woken up.

I don't like Trump as a person, I didn't vote for him but he has been a DAMN GOOD president. Because I love this country, I support him every step of the way. To be told by someone who is a millionaire without any real world worries that I am no better than a hillbilly KKK member or some quack North Baptist homophobic idiot is harsh insult and I take these seriously. These famous people have a lot of impressionable people loving them and eating up everything they say. When they say these things, they are inciting violence and it ain't right.

"I'm a good person, I believe in doing these things and bring attention to it all the time. Look! LOOK! LOOK HOW GOOD I AM!"
    -- Leftist celebrity shitbag, 2019

Realtalk, I'm a straight white cis male which also automatically means I'm a homophobic Nazi who goes around lynching anyone with a skintone even remotely darker than my own. I also really hate women because I have a cock.
"It turned out that the ghost was just Mr. Finley, who ran the amusement park. The spooky part is that, as soon as the ghost appeared, the teenagers' dog began to speak! And it spoke in a tortured parody of human speech: 'relp me, Raggy,' it would say. 'I am an abomination and rould re rilled. Rill re, Raggy.'"

But at the same time, I bet you can't seem to leave them alone (aka harassment. educate yurself). It's sickening how you try to impress them & provide for them when you secretly hate them. B I G O T.

For real though, my wife is a POC (that's "person of color" for you Republicans) and this is the first Summer we have been together in the United States. I think the sun is stronger here or something because she went from a mildly exotic spicy Chai Latte islander look to full-blown Nigerian in like 2 weeks. I'm the one who gets teased though, not her...I'm over here looking like Philadelphia Cream Cheese or something. It's like I can't tan, ONLY burn.

Back to the topic of the thread though, I agree that most of the celebs are just agreeing with the status quo. These people don't live in the areas that are affected by the things they are pushing for, and none of them participate in what they recommend for others. The same thing happened in the 1950's and early 60's when those cheesy super-clean Western movies (John Wayne and stuff) were popular. At that time you had movie stars & musicians pushing the whitest, most squeaky-clean image imaginable. They just promote whatever has groundswell in the media, think of it as advertising, that's all it is.

I'd probably do the same if I could make 100's of Millions & sell more tickets by saying something I don't need to back up, tbh.

I guess that is true, they are paid to do this and it is their job to promote things. I guess because the media wants to back the left and "anti-freedom" types who hate America, drilling these ideas into the heads of teens and impressionable adults is done well by famous people they glorify. I never understood that. Like full blown obsessing and worshipping people just because they are rich and on TV. I was never big into TV though so I am sure that helps. Same with movies. I have more fun on YouTube. lol

Remember all the celebrities that swore they'd move to Canada if Trump won? That never happened lol.

But, honestly, the worst offenses are the slacktivism songs. Like "We Didnt Start the Fire" and "The Children are the Future". The stupid songs that bring uber rich celebrities together, all singing together and pretending to give a Crap about things lol. The South Park episode with "Reality" is a great explanation of all this.

South Park tends to hit the nail on the head with a lot and I am surprised Comedy Central still allows the show to be on their network. I used to love that channel growing up but I can't stomach it anymore. So much of the comedy they showcase, especially in those talk show type news deals, it is just awful and one-sided. I got sick of hearing about Trump really. I guess the guy that took over the Daily Show was told he needs to be more angry and upset over Trump and he told the producers it is hard to feel this way because the economy is doing great right now. I feel a lot of these celebrities are just paid to think and act like this.

South Park is easily Comedy Central's most popular original show.
Anyone remember Problematic? It lasted about a season after constant bombardments of ads on Comedy Central.
Then there's The Nightly Show that had so little interest from anyone wanting to be a guest that they offered people on Twitter a spot on their "debate" panel.

Yup, they even had the "cultural appropriation" rap"where two white guys rapped (terribly) about how white people rapping is "cultural appropriation".
They then defend themselves rapping because they have a "ghetto card".
Theyalso bitched about whote people having dreds.
I only watched Chris Ray Gun's video on it (and I suggest anyone who is curious about that "show" do the same).
