I searched the forum recently and it appears that to my amazement that since the forum's inception (which was around the time he slowly gained his notoriety) there hasn't been a thread about him, even if he has been acknowledged in posts every now and then. I know for a fact that at least a dozen members here know about this guy...
Christian Weston Chandler... a man who has accomplished so little but has simultaneously accomplished so much. That is because through his mishaps and blunders indirectly he has become one of the most documented people in history.
He has gone by many names: Chris-chan, Christopher, CWC, IAN BRAN-DON AN-DER-SON, Ricardo, The Crazy Pacer, Virgin with Rage, and even Christine Chandler... the list goes on.
He's a high-functioning autistic person who is quite infamous on the internet for all the wrong reasons. For the most part there are two camps. There are people who enjoy observing all of his blunders but view it from the sidelines. (But of course there are obviously the trolls who are nowadays viewed in a much more negative light.) There are those who white-knight and defend him, even giving him money for no apparent reason; funding his "tugboat". This is often seen as a counterproductive behaviour which enables him. Chris is most known for his original character, Sonichu. As most would guess, Sonichu's a mashup of Sonic and Pikachu. As crude as they are (despite Chris being in his late 30s, they look like they're drawn by a five-year-old) his drawings and comics have gained quite a following.

Many people see Chris as something of a lolcow (or somebody to follow for shits and giggles)—with Chris referring to such attitude or even constructive criticism as "kick the autistic". However, flat out trolling an autistic person isn't nice and is frowned upon by most of Chris' followers, particularly "Christorians". Having said that, Chris' notoriety has come from how Chris himself is generally regarded as unlikable due to his bigotry and other negative behaviour. I believe that while Chris is a little on the "dim" side he most certainly isn't retarded. He just seriously lacks common sense. It's usually the late 2000s and early 2010s that are referred to as something along the lines of the golden age of Chris-chan. Nowadays after his sex change to become Christine Chandler he's less of a source of amusement but his life is still actively documented. Many agree that Chris' sex change is actually a ploy to encourage SJW women to sleep with him.
You see, Chris has always had ulterior motives. He's always masqueraded as a "nice guy" to find what he calls a "boyfriend-free girl" or a gal pal to make his "sweetheart from the ground-up" (whatever the hell that means) when in actuality he always used to blog about how depressed he was about being a "virgin with rage". Surprisingly during his adolescence he had a number of gal pals. Unfortunately for Chris, in nearly every instance his father actually paid them to hang out with Chris. Chris has a history of making sexual advances towards any girls he befriended in-between his "love quest".
"WANT WOMAN" - Chris' genius attempt at finding a date
It doesn't end with mistreating women. For a long time he really hated gay people. Often saying things such as that they should kill themselves. The same with who he calls "blackies". Also a big cop hater. Oh, I should say, "jerkop". Now he has his transgender status and appears accepting of LGBT. As I pointed out, this is most likely Chris just masquerading as a leftist for sexual favours which to this date have never happened. If this had happened Chris would have excitedly written about it to further inflate his ego. Even though his comic book is called "Sonichu" it is mostly about him. With all of this said, I don't feel it justifies trolling Chris. While a lot of his misadventures are entertaining to research, nowadays Chris is more wary of trolls. Many recent "sagas" are primarily a result of his own bad decisions. (Particularly when it comes to finance.) Chris has always been an idiot, but I think he's well past his internet prime. While many people should let him be, on the flip side he usually turns down genuine and more thoughtful help and rarely learns from his mistakes.
Even though Chris is overall quite a horrible person I can't blame him entirely. He has an extremely manipulative mother and an upbringing that could permanently scar any poor sod. Nevertheless, Chris is a very fascinating person, for better or for worse. So why did I just bring this up out of the blue? Well, I followed a very well-made documentary series by one YouTuber for some time. There was a long hiatus and today I found out he actually started continuing the series a few months ago. I've restarted it. There are many episodes and they're all long but it's such a good watch. I'll add a few more details about Chris in later replies.
