    Fox News Taking Over

I know not everyone is from America so you may not know this but Fox News was called "Fake News" and mocked for a long time. They were believed to push false naratives and report on news that had to strong standing facts to back it up. Well, the tides have changed and in the last 2 years, they have proven otherwise. They are focusing more and more on factual news again while other places like CNN, MSNBC, and even BBC continues to focus on feelings and emotions over facts. Could these be a sign people are waking up? Are people finally sick of being lied to by the new outlets and new media big heads?

Careful. Fox is also owned/co-opted by the enemy.

Alt media is where the real dissenting voices are. Tucker is a cool guy and all, but he's not talking about the bigger issues. Either out of naivete or otherwise

I like Tucker, but we need to keep in mind that Fox is just the other side of the CNN/MSNBC/BBC coin. It's still MSM, even if what they're saying seems logical at the time (probably because they are responding to paranoid ramblings at the moment. If Hildawg were in the White House who knows if Fox would be this virtuous?).

Doesn't Disney own the Fox network but not the news media? I think that was part of their contract. I don't know if anyone else owns them though.

Sorry to break it to you (from America), but 1. Yes, they do often push false narratives...they skirted with this before, but after Trump they went full-on, Sarah Sanders lying from time to time. A larger part of our media problem, where MSM and internet outlets, for that matter, are echo chambers preaching to the converted: What's the financial incentive for profit-driven companies to tell the absolute truth when people don't want to necessarily hear it? When they'd rather hear a narrative they agree with? (This is why, sorry to assign homework, you gotta' hear from more than one source, if you stick with just, say, Fox News you're getting skewed half-truths.)

    2. Is this a sign people are rofl "waking up"? Uh no, that's a sign young people don't watch cable news or heck cable much anymore.

    3. "Feelings over facts" a Fox News patron is going to throw this out there? Glass houses, dear. Right now, I'd believe the BBC over any major American news outlet when it comes to news about America. More distance, perspective (and no "protect the conservative prez at all costs" national agenda).
No one's gonna' give you a map. You've gotta' walk your own path.
    - Hilda
