    Who would you bring?

If you were able to travel 100 years into the future with one person and spend a week there, who would you bring with you and what would you both do?

You would be the age you are now and everything would be the same. It would be like stepping into another room and then coming back. You have to ve careful what you do and who you interact with however because that can alter things.

Need more information before I make a choice. Do they have to be someone I know from the present day? Or can I be a horrible destructive cunt and go back in time first to really fuck things up?

And it spoke in a tortured parody of human speech: 'relp me, Raggy,' it would say. 'I am an abomination and rould re rilled. Rill re, Raggy.'"

As for me, hell if I know. I'd be careful, but nearly everyone I can think of would probably fuck up and break the space-time continuum. But then again, you only live once. Who cares? Plus, a century is almost unnoticeable in the universe's existence. Would it be possible to leave somebody in the future, thus return alone, with them just having "disappeared" from the present or gone missing? If yes, I have a lot of people in mind.

    Jim: "How do you know?"
    Gene: "I don't!"
    Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"

Do I know that the time travel is about to happen? Do I know that I only have 1 week? Plus, why would doing things in the future change anything when I go back to my own time? I understand that changing things in the past will have a butterfly effect, but if I just forward and make mistakes, it shouldn't matter when I go 100 years back again.

I would spend most of my time reading about the 100 years of history I missed and memorizing stock market trends so I could abuse that once when I got back. There isn't anybody I would really care to bring with me because that would expose what I was doing once I got back. If I had to bring someone, I'd bring Ai Shinozaki because she is too hot to be smart. She wouldn't catch on to what I'm doing and I could promise her endless money when we got home in return for having 9999 of my children while I live out the rest of my days in a diamond-encrusted PleasureDome. What happens in the future (including propositions to models), STAYS in the future.

I'd also use my newfound fortune to force the OLS anime & manga to continue for the remainder of my lifespan. If I travel to the future and research myself to find out when I'll die, would that break things? That'd cause a paradox wouldn't it...because in that continuity I'd have just disappeared.

    Close, but wrong!

I'd drag this fucker 100 years into the future and show him a world without Stalingrad, without the Soviet Union and without Communism. I don't think he'd make the trip back.

Maybe I've already done this and that's why he languished on his bedroom floor soaked in his own piss for several days before being found? Who knows!

I chose to have this be a scenario where you go forward because almost all cases of the topic are done with the terms of going to the past. That is too easy. Most people would go back and do something that would greatly change history in a way we can't even predict (if it were possible, time travel and all that).

Going to the future uses more imagination because we don't know what the world will be like 100 years from now. Some people in the early 1900s guessed close on a lot of things though in terms of what we have today.
