The past week or so, I will get so tired shortly after waking up. I think this is down to having trouble sleeping well throughout the night. I tend to wake up a lot. I just have been taking naps but because of that, my sleep is very messed up. I end up being awake till 7 or 8 AM which is not good. I need to get back to going to bed no later than 3.
Anyways, how do you combat feeling tired and/or sleepy mid-day?
