    Favorite frozen sweets?

I have been on a kick lately with ice cream and all the other frozen sweet options there are. I have tried a few new things that I thought were okay and other things that I actually really enjoy now. One of them being those drumstick ice cream cones. I got this generic brand of peanut butter ones and I am addicted to them. I think they are just the Walmart brand but they are better than the name brand ones which shocked me.

Seeing as it is summer, I thought I would make a thread for this.

What are some of your favorite frozen treats to eat?

Bomb Pops, Drumsticks, and in the 90's they had push-pops with gummies inside. Those were awesome. The best ice cream is Blue Bell from Brenham, Texas bar none.

Since I'm trying to be less of a fat fuck, I've had a thing for Halo Top Ice Cream. A pint is usually like 300 or so calories. I typically go for the birthday cake flavor though the red velvet one is pretty tasty. Now, if I want to pig out, this is my go to.

Chocolate and peanut butter is the tastiest combination ever and anyone who says otherwise if objectively wrong. In the times I manage to get this, I go through the whole container. It's that delicious. A runner up would be those Twix Ice Cream bars. I haven't had those in years but one of my older jobs would have these in the break room and I'd always get one while I was on my break.

Since it's become harder and hard to make it to gym because of corona, work, life, etc. I'm trying to limit my sugar intake. However, there is one weakness that gets the better of me. Even worse, the convenience store a few blocks from house carries it.

Ice cream's great and all but personally, I find ice pops way better for cooling off. I find ice cream a bit too thick for that purpose (it's like choosing between a cold soda or cold milk) and cooling off is something I'm really needing at the moment.

Damn heatwave came outta nowhere. It's been weeks with miserable weather (pretty lame for June) and then, sucker-punched by the sun. With temperatures reaching 30C in the past couple of days it's felt like I'm in a huge-ass microwave with this sometimes-counterproductive strong insulation and no air conditioning. But it hasn't been too bad. Sometime in autumn last year I bought a load of ice pops thinking I may need them one day. Well, that time has come.

Without a doubt, my favourites of the bunch:

Blue raspberry is best slush doggo. They're just like the same-branded slushes I got as a kid which is pretty impressive for something you simply throw in a freezer. Some British ones none of you will recognise:

I wish these were still sold (they're actually Danish, I think):

I recently had the Twix ice cream bars for the first time and they are pretty good but I still prefer the Snickers ones over them. And yes, peanut butter and chocolate is amazing. I can go full peanut butter by itself as well. It makes me mad that Talenti got rid of my favorite flavor of gelato....
