Talking The light side of YouTube

A complete opposite of Hari's "dark side" thread, this is for sharing your favourite feel-good videos on YouTube. So I'm not talking about your favourite controversial speaker, but rather, videos that are just fun to watch, chill out to, etc. For instance, I love this guy's marble videos...

This one is phenomenal. No wonder it's his most popular.
Gene: "Have faith in me guys, enjoy the ride—you're in good hands. I can handle this. I can do it!"
    Jim: "How do you know?"
    Gene: "I don't!"
    Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"

Just kidding-- but this is a great idea, Mantis. If you digest too much negetive stuff, it can have a bad effect on your mental well-being, so it's great to have a thread like this.

That machine is insanely genius. It's like Mouse Trap, but scaled up by 1000! Very noisy, too... Imagine what how loud it is in person!

Cute animal videos always make me happy.

That reminds me of a cartoon segment my dad likes- sometimes it has cute songs and stuff in it though I don't like most of the cartoons themselves. This one fits the cute animal thing, right?

I was never that big on Smosh, but this was always one of my favorite videos from my early teens.

I love ACFan's little animations, and this is one his best, to be sure. Always makes me smile.

My friend found this video on facebook and showed it to me. I'm 99% sure it happened in my state, because it just seems like something that would. New Jersey has a lot of bizarre bear sightings. This one takes the cake...and an award for cuteness!

If you ever wondered what Captain Falcon was doing when he wasn't fighting others in Smash Bros, or racing at the speed of light, here's your answer.

I recently discovered this Japanese TV series called The Hero Yoshihiko, which is essentially a parody of all the common JRPG tropes, Dragon Quest in particular. It's bloody hilarious.

    So, I found this recently...

...and, of course, loved it! Made me realize I've unintentionally been on a trend lately, finding Yu Yu Hakusho and Tenchi Muyo! themes in 8-bit versions (childhood anime plus childhood video game sounds, freakin' goldmine & boy, is it a DEADLY double dosage of nostalgia-filled nostalgia wrapped in nostalgia and deep fat fried in more nostalgia for anyone of a certain age).

Anybody come across any similar concoctions for OS themes? Please share if you do!
