    Recent Purchases

I thought this might be a fun thread. I am not sure if one was made or not. I figured I would make one

So share anything you recently got or maybe you will be getting that day. It can be little things or big things.

Today, I did my first ever Pantry Prime order. I never used it before so I hope Amazon has good packaging! I mainly just got water (since it was a deal) and some snacks. I wanted to try it out. I have used prime shipping outside of pantry and loved it, never had an issue there.

Recently pre-ordered FIFA 18 through the PlayStation Store. Personally, I never tend to buy brand new/upcoming games from console stores because they are always over priced as hell but this time I kind of had to because I had some existing credit on it and won a PlayStation giftcard so it saved me quite a bit of money actually buying it from the PS Store. How fast was the delivery for your Prime order and do you know if the guy came on a motorbike ? I was just wondering since I saw a recent documentary about deliveries from online grocery stores and the Amazon Prime Pantry guy came on a motorbike but they didn't say if that was just for inner city areas or that was the same for everywhere.

A few weeks ago we ordered a bed, I think they are often used in hospitals. The bed was cool since there are some parts that are totally inflated while the other parts are also inflated but not as much as the others. Every few minutes they would change which would result to your back won't end up having bed sores if you stay in bed for a lot of hours. We purchased it for my wife's grandma since she is bed ridden and suffers from bed sores. So far it has helped her a lot.

That is a really good purchase. I had no idea they made beds like that but it is good to know! Sounds like something my grandmother should have. She is in a nursing home unfortantly and spends most of her time in bed. It is quite sad to think about really. I may mention this to my mom to see if they can get her one in there.

I just bought a new car to replace the Jeep I've had since high school. Payments on it start next month.

Bought tickets for the Sea Life Aquarium in London a week ago for my sisters birthday treat. I managed to get a special deal where I had to buy two tickets and then I would receive two more tickets for free which was perfect since it's only my parents, my sister and me. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. I love aquariums and it was only the second one that I have ever been to. Maybe it's because it was in London and buildings don't have much space but there were so little exhibits there. The tanks are great to see and enjoy especially the sharks and jellyfish but we were only there for around 1 and a half hours. It was such a short journey around the aquarium. Thankfully we only spent 45 for the tickets since we got two tickets for free.

How did the Pantry Prime order go? I've yet to try it, but it's tempting. I'd like to hear about your experience and then maybe I'll go for it too.

I did grocery shopping yesterday, so meat, veggies, etc. Today, I'll be looking at gifts for my "adopted" grandchild, so that may result in a purchase or two. I hope to find a cute shirt or hoodie and of course, something fun. I love shopping for kids. Such cute clothes. Toys too.

I got a baby walker for my kid sister who gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. I had a difficult time in deciding what to actually buy that would be of good use to the new born baby but I'm glad that idea popped up in my mind.

I am sure that walker would be of very good use to the child.

Nothing especially exciting, although I'm glad I saw this thread since I realised I already have a digital kitchen scale in my storage (I got it a couple of years ago but forgot about it ) and cancelled the item from my recent Amazon order.
