Is sleep paralysis the scariest experience there is or what?
I have heard of explanations claiming that, sleep paralysis happens when your mind wakes up in the middle of the night, but your body doesn't.
Personally, I have had this traumatic experience happen to me a couple of times and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. You wake up at night and for some weird reason you can't move or speak, but you are aware of everything. It lasts for a few seconds but I promise you it will feels like a lifetime!
Anyone had this happen to him/her?
