Thread: Sleeping naked or not?

This happens to be one of the funny things I love to do especially at night. I prefer sleeping naked than with any wears at all. This helps me to feel free and enjoy my night rest well without experiencing hot weather in the night.

Which one do you prefer doing? Sleeping naked or not?

I've never slept naked. I just can't to be honest because it just feels weird for me. It's most likely because I'm just not used to it after all these years, chances are if I had started to sleep naked when I was much younger then I would have got used to it by now. Even with hot weather, I have to have some sort of clothes on me otherwise it would just feel uncomfertable and weird. I have a fan for my room that I use during summer so it doesn't get too hot and stuffy plus I tend to wear some cotton shorts so that helps me.

If I was a man, I probably would but since I am not and have a bit of a phobia with bugs, I need to have something covering my downstairs. lol I will sleep with a long shirt and underwear on or pants and no top but I can't go full nude. I never could. I tried once and got up and put clothes on haha

I remember freeing myself one night. Felt great haha. Only that summer night. Was crazy how it was still hot even past daylight.

Well... I suppose it depends. Obviously, living in North England I wouldn't do this during the winter months. I don't have air conditioning here so on a hot summer's night I can only hope to cool down from opening a window (something I'm not so happy about because I don't want extra guests) or using my air cooler that's like a big fan you put cold water/ice cubes in. Sometimes that isn't cool enough, so occasionally I'd sleep in my underwear. All the way though? Maybe I've done it a few times.

That depends, because with a good company pj's are out of plans right? Also, when I go to the beach and end up red and burned, then for sure I won't even touch a pj. But based on the fact that I've had nightmares, where I'm sleeping naked and suddenly an earthquake comes,and I go out scared and naked in front of my neighbors, then I have to sleep properly dressed almost every night. My sister has a puppy too, and he usually jumps on bed while we are sleeping, so I don't want to wake up completely full of fuzzy dog hair, all around my naked body. Oh and I'm not a fan of spiders, and we have some at home in the ceiling, so not taking the risk to find a spider on my belly button when I wake up.

Usually I'll sleep in just boxers, but I've slept with nothing on a few times. It has to be the right situation, though: when I was at college, I only did it occasionally when I knew my roommate(s) wouldn't be back for the night. I still live with my parents at home, so it's a no go at my house, too. It's definitely comfortable, though. It does take some getting used to, but once you do it feels good.

I've slept naked for years now, and couldn't even imagine sleeping with clothing on. Maybe it's because of how hot it tends to be under the blanket, which I still prefer to use regardless. When I was younger (or even still if I'm just visiting someone and stay the night) I slept with clothes on, but at some point I just dropped it - can't really recall why, though. Maybe it was just such a hassle to change clothes only because I'm going to sleep, so I just stopped putting anything on before the morning.

I've heard that it's also better for you, so there's that plus side as well to sleeping naked.

Haha! I don't know what your definition of naked is but I sleep in my boxers only.I think it comes to a point in a man's life when you have matured enough and the temparatures sky-rocket especially at night.I can't imagine sleeping in anything else.It feels natural and much comfortable to let your junk breathe free you know.

I usually do sleep nude, but I've been doing it less in recent weeks since I'm now in college and have a roommate.
