Thread: First year in many years we had snow on Christmas!

I don't know whereabouts everyone is located but this was the first year in a long time that we had snow on Christmas day. It started snowing Eve night and by the morning, everything was covered. We ended up getting about 14 inches of snow, maybe a bit more. I had to shovel Christmas morning. It was nice though because it continued to snow most of the day. Being able to look outside and see it was a nice change. In the last 3 or 4 years, we had rain on Christmas day and it was warmer. I prefer a white Christmas.

That sounds quite fun.

Technically my area of England had a white Christmas. Unfortunately it was the most pathetic white Christmas I've ever witnessed. It snowed for approximately two minutes and that was it.

At least you got a little sprinkle of it. I know that tends to be the case in Texas. I have family down there and they would get maybe 5 minutes of snow max but people are shocked when it happens.
