How do you spend your free time/ work-free days?

When you have nothing going on, no work or anything like that, how do you like to spend your time?

Since I do a lot of freelance style work, I work every day but some days, I don't have as much to do so I do end up with more free time. I spend my free time usually working on something on my computer like graphics and such or I'll play a game. I like to clean or organize things sometimes as well. I tend to watch whatever I am currently hooked on watched late at night before bed regardless of work so I don't count that.

"It turned out that the ghost was just Mr. Finley, who ran the amusement park. The spooky part is that, as soon as the ghost appeared, the teenagers' dog began to speak! And it spoke in a tortured parody of human speech: 'relp me, Raggy,' it would say. 'I am an abomination and rould re rilled. Rill re, Raggy.'"

My slow days at work are spent listening to music on spotify, watching videos on youtube, or browsing sites for stuff I really shouldn't be buying but want anyway.
My slow days at home are just spent on watching shows, playing video games, looking up new things to cook, or the occasional urge to clean.

Video games & anime. I don't really have free days anymore considering I just got married/bought a house/got a dog...but in the hours I'm able to set aside those are the things that make me happiest. I don't really sleep much and I always feel that sleeping on a day off is wasting my precious time. I do understand the appeal to some people since it's the ultimate form of relaxation, but it doesn't appeal to me.

Usually, I spend it just browsing the web in search of interesting shit while listening to music. If I'm able to pull myself away from that, it's usually either watching movies, anime or playing videogames.

Speaking of free time, I'm gonna take a half day today! I've been performing these audits on our regional offices all of last week as well as Mon & Tues this week and my brain is cooked. When I finish this final report before lunch I'm going home and staying there.

It mostly depends on my mood. I used to go to the nearest city on my days off and just spend the day exploring the area. These days I'll either read a book or play some games.

What kinds of books do you read? I pretty much only read manga these days, although I like horror short stories if I can find an audiobook version on CD to listen to in my car.

I've started a bunch but I haven't been in a reading mood lately. I've finished reading Eragon and I was reading the 2nd part in the series, "Eldest" but then stalled and haven't picked it back up. I've also almost finished Snow Crash which is written very well, I'd highly recommend it, cyberpunk is one of my favourite genres. If you like short horror stories then you should give H.P. Lovecraft a try. I have a book of his complete works that I've started but unfortunately never gotten around to finishing it, the descriptive writing is just excellent and made me feel like I was in those stories. There are so many books I still want to read I just wish I had more time
