What are your thoughts on swearing/cursing?

In terms of it being in school, your household, at work, or just generally in public...

How do you feel about swearing/cursing?

I have always been one to prefer it not be done in excess. When swearing becomes a passive part of someone's day to day language, it comes off very trashy and uneducated. This is not to say intelligent people or classy people can't have a trucker mouth, it is just far less common and maybe with reason?

I keep my swearing verbally and in text to a minimum. You will know when I am very upset about something if I am using these words as I seldom use them. It is a signal to others I communicate with that I am not happy without expressing it. In terms of quoting someone/something, I will use them but I block out hard words like the four-letter c and f words. I view "ass" not as a swear word but rather slang for a donkey or a means of calling someone a "farm animal" for saying/doing something below the human standard. I still seldom use it because of the stigma attached to it, however.

The air around me is permanently blue.

And it spoke in a tortured parody of human speech: 'relp me, Raggy,' it would say. 'I am an abomination and rould re rilled. Rill re, Raggy.'"

I'm pretty laid-back about my language. People have to understand that I do swear quite often. People who swear excessively clearly in some attempt to be edgy, I think of those as tryhard swearers.

Swear words don't bother me, especially if they're just a part of temporary banter.
Gene: "Have faith in me guys, enjoy the ride—you're in good hands. I can handle this. I can do it!"
    Jim: "How do you know?"
    Gene: "I don't!"
    Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"

I try to rein it in while typing but with limiited success. It really does depend on the subject matter.

Okay fuck it, I am what I am. Spoken, it's ghastly. If you don't know me, your ears will bleed and I will laugh endlessly. I don't even come across as edgy or try-hard when I speak, as the numerous (across the many regions of of Europe) I speak to over Discord would agree. Hell, even my own fucking family find it funny when I launch into a tirade. It's just me.

Basically, they're just words available for use. They roll out freely and if you don't like them, well, fuck it. I could not care less.

I don't have a god damn problem with swearing all the fucking time. I know some cunts find it to be a big turn off but there are pricks out there how just have one big bastard of need to express it through that bitchly use of foul fucking language.

    Did I miss anything?

At work? Maybe once every other day within earshot of someone else. My coworkers aren't even uptight or anything and they swear more than I do for certain, but I feel out of place doing it there. It's an office so nothing is so exciting that i'd swear out loud over it.

At home...ehhh not as bad as some of the other guys here but i don't censor myself either? It's not a huge part of my regular speech. I cuss more in my writing than in my speech actually.

Depends on my mood. If I'm ever feeling really jovial or super pissed I'll swear up and down using every colorful word I can muster. Sometimes I've even said the Seven Dirty Words as one long expletive out of frustration. Most times, though, I try to keep myself from utterly exploding.

Anywho, takes a deep breath shitpisscuntfuckcocksuckermotherfuckertits. That is all.
