I was recently linked to this test. Though the test itself is quite short, I found the results interesting and I'd be curious to know what others get. Here's a link to my results. Or below is simply just the diagram:
Since the maximum points a trait can have is twenty-five, I have three dominant traits. The highest being Completer, followed by Innovator and Expert. These seem like good traits for a leader which is important for somebody running a forum. However, my six other traits are below average. It seems the term "Completer" is a little misleading. I want things to work out for everybody and try to tackle things head-on, but as the description suggests, I'm really the best at the end of a task.
On the other hand, I got an extremely low 3% for Executive, which involves efficiency, bureaucracy and getting things done swiftly. Without that trait, I'm pulled down because I can lose motivation if things are looking grim. This isn't good for an admin. I guess this test has given me a new perspective on how things should be run. I always have great ideas and the skill and/or contacts to accomplish them. Just getting the ball rolling can be difficult.
How about you? The test doesn't take long to complete. Do the results seem to match your personality when working in a team?
