    RE: What do you collect?

    i will post some of my collection soon
    WHO ARE CALLING A ANIMAL! *grips Genes cloak with a evil glare* ~ Aisha - Eps Beast Girl ready to pounce.

    (Aisha Clan Clan) I've never seen a ship like this before. It's far behind any C'tarl-C'tarl ship. It won't move unless you're naked! That's very kinky, wouldn't you say?

    RE: What do you collect?

    My collection really consists of a lot of CDs, video games and books.

    Although I do have a few Star Wars magazines and figurines. I got these a few years ago while I was pretty obsessed with Star Wars, now though, not so much. There are about 50 magazines and figurines that I bought every fortnight for about 2 years. I would certainly be interested in how they would be worth in a few years, especially as I spent over 300 on them.

    There are also these Team-Fortress 2 figurines that I have been pretty interested in lately, the only really big downside are their prices. They range from $244.99 to $314.99. The reason for this price are their limited numbers of about 300 each. Unfortunately I don't have a spare $1,500 to buy all of them that have been released so far.

    Unfortunately I find it very easy to throw items away. In fact, too easy. Every three months or so I find it therapeutic to totally purge my house of stuff I am not using. I think it comes from my parents being so disorganized and also never throwing anything away. I can get a little cranky at their house when I find stuff out of place or I open a cabinet and an avalanche happens in my face. About ten years ago I did start collecting coins. When I was in Spain there was a coin show and I loved it but I stopped collecting them after a year or so. They would be the one thing I have not thrown out.

    Four years later this hasn't changed. The only thing I can do is add that I collect generalized cow memorabilia now as well as stuffed animals and office supplies. Though we don't have teh mini office store in our basement [no basement] anymore, and I've had to pack up most of my manga. ;-; But I have like 4-5 cow plushies.

    I should learn from you Kyo-chan! I'm so bad at throwing things away. Except like literal garbage. But I save so much stuff I don't need. Because of sentimental value or misplacing it. ;-;

    From elementary school to high school I bought and collected comic books. Especially Spider-man, Batman, Spawn and a lot of c-tier Marvel/DC comics like Darkhawk Azrael. Now, most of my comic are worth less now than when I bought them during the 90's. Nowadays since college, I collect anime artbooks of my favorite animes, anime figurines and some cels.

    I've tried not to hoard anything, and I've been more or less succesfull in that, but ever since I picked up playing guitar I've started to have this urge to buy more guitars! So far I only got one entry-level electric guitar and bass, but I've already been looking for another guitar.

    I saw one for sale locally (a really neat-looking Warlock) and it was pretty cheap at $120 (new ones locall going for $330) but I'm currently a bit short on money and while I'd really love to grab that, I guess my rent goes higher on the list of priorities Oh well, maybe some day!

    I collect advertisements and packages. Like beer cans, wine bottles, 3 in 1 coffee packs but also fliers and magazines, which I pin on my wall in my apartment. I have quite a collection so far and I will soon need to find more space for them. That part of my wall looks pretty colorful.

    For some reason I've started to collect pin(lapel pin) badges. I don't really know why, I've just sort of fallen into the habit of it.

    At the moment I'm holding off buying a set of 4 of them depicting the the crest of the football team I support until I get some more money.

    When my friend introduced me to emulation, I started to collect SNES roms since I mainly grew up on playing the Sega Genesis. I especially have a folder dedicated to Japanese SNES games that have an English patch on the, so I can play it and not have to guess every time I hit a command.

    I also have that tendency to throwing things away when my place starts looking really messy. I used to have a huge collection of nike air force 1's but I got rid of most of them and only kept the ones I still like.
