YES! This was one of my favorite threads here so it's great to see this make a comeback. And I agree with your assertion about the xenomorph. I chose that since it's serves as a good "be careful what you wish for" cautionary tale. Haruhi wanted to meet an alien and she did...and as you described, she paid the price.

Anywho, getting on topic...Suzuka no contest. This is someone with absurdly competent samurai skills that can deflect bullets at ridiculous speeds and is capable of cutting a truck in half with a fucking piece of wood. Faye has...a glock and using her sexuality to trick people which will mean jack shit in this fight. It's like asking who'd win in a fight between an ant and a body builder.

    WINNER: Twilight Suzuka

And for our next fight, I figured it'd be fun to have some cyborgs go at it so I present to you...Harry McDougall vs The Terminator!

Hmm, very good choices for a decent battle. This needed a fair bit of consideration.

    Winner: The Terminator

Harry MacDougall could be a real pussy at times. Just by seeing Gene Starwind approaching him he'd scamper away like a little girl. But I think that was more that his incel characteristics were being challenged by an absolute Chad. But actually, when I first watched Outlaw Star I was surprised by how good of a fighter Harry actually is. In Grave of the Dragon it seems pretty weak that he was relying on a giant mech suit to do most of his dirty work (which backfired during an earthquake) but eventually he had to engage in some real hand-to-hand combat.

I mean, look at that. For a little edgelord that was one hell of an assault. I think he could have kicked Gene's ass in another situation. But given that Hazanko was one of the most powerful Tao masters in the universe, well, didn't end well for that mad lad. But a foe more similar to himself? Harry would be really intimidated by the Terminator. Just look at the pure testosterone there:

Harry would only stand a chance if he used that mecha I mentioned. See how many bullets the Terminator could withstand there? He's practically impervious to any normal attack. But the firepower on that mecha? Hmm.

I'd say that's definitely enough for Harry to take down the Terminator but manoeuvrability is what would kill Harry here. Harry just wouldn't be able to target his foe properly and would inevitably succumb to unadulterated testosterone.

I think that next up, to celebrate a very welcome return of a beat-'em-up classic, it's time to send two video game fighters to the ring...

Oh man, this is a tough one. Now, I've played some Tekken in my time but I've usually play as King but I've seen Marshall in action for a bit so I think I got a say in his fighting skill set wise. Now, we're gonna assume that Axel doesn't have access to the police bozookaing his opponent's asses. I have to say, in terms of fighting ability, Marshall got this hands down. Combined with his speed and his Bruce Lee caliber skills, Axel only has his street fighting skills to go on which I don't think can match Law's superior martial arts skills. Now I grew up with Streets of Rage but from what I've seen, Law has got this with no problem.

As far as the next fight...well, playing the command & conquer remaster made me think of this...Kane (Command & Conquer) vs. Lelouch (Code Geass)
