Due to the recent discussion regarding the FRHS 'Take-Out' art book and FRHS audio drama, I did a little digging. I knew that FRHS existed and that it was set in the same universe (although apparently not the same 'Era'...judging by the wiki and manga fan translation, it takes place in the Fixed Stars Era) as OLS, but I didn't know much more. That reminded me that Mantis had done some work enumerating and/or documenting the domains of old or defunct OLS fan pages, forums, resources. I'm not sure how far that got, but I'd like to know who the Nexus' contemporaries are (or used to be).
As most of us know, FRHS being the chronological precursor to OLS shares a few characters and themes in common, but I predict that with an eventual translation there may be far more connections than us English-speakers are aware of. By complete coincidence, I found this page referencing the art book we were just discussing yesterday.
Which alerted me to the defunct Outlawstar.net, which I perused using the Wayback Machine, discovering this neato Downloads page. Nothing really new here, Mantis has the Pilot up on YouTube and the other videos aren't OLS related. The wallpapers are fan-made as far as I can tell so that's not a goldmine either.
Anyway, I got thinking how deep this rabbit hole could possibly go. I expect Mantis has done a lot of digging so if it doesn't already exist elsewhere, can we get a repository/directory/discussion going around obscure/nearly-lost OLS content resources?
