The other thing I could recommend is moderating your caffeine and sugar intake throughout the day, as those can make you crash. I wish my issue was caffeine lol I don't drink much coffee, I maybe have it 2 or 3 times a month, as for tea I only drink that when I am not feeling well and it is usually caffeine-free green tea. Been doing a lot of research on it as of late and I believe my melatonin levels are messed up.
