    RE: Goals.

Ultimately to be successful and happy.

However, to achieve that I plan on landing a good job or maybe even starting my own company later on down the road. Then once I have enough money, hope to travel overseas and learn more about other cultures.

Lastly, getting in shape as I could use some extra exercise

    RE: Goals.

I started my current goal today, which is to become healthy. I'm sat here eating porridge. Due to the fact I'm a night owl (at least until I sort that out) my meal times are a lot later than the social norm, but I'm still sticking to the time differences between breakfast/lunch/dinner so that I follow the plan I made. My current time-based goal is to look presentable by November which is my sister's wedding. This is a certainty if I follow my plan, but of course, I plan to continue it indefinitely. Too many people start ambitious plans but give up after a few weeks. I'm not making that mistake this time.

Yeah, now it's the summer it's a lot easy for me to get the ball rolling. For this week I'm solely focusing on my diet so I don't have to worry about a fitness plan, but next week I'll get that started. If I need any tips I'll get in touch, thanks.

Since I've dabbled a bit into cooking, assume that you're hungry and you'd like something substantial to eat. I've found that eating a balanced meal with at least three food groups and something nutrient-dense to drink (say orange juice or something like that) will make you feel more full than if you were to eat something like Ramen and potato chips with a pop to drink (or soda for anyone outside of Ohio, pretty much). Since you feel less full with the carbs and sugar, you're going to want to eat more, and you'll end up gaining more weight.

A boy has the right to dream. There are endless possibilities stretched out before him. What awaits him down the path he will then have to choose; the boy doesn't always know. At some point the boy then becomes an adult, and learns what he was able to become. Joy and sadness will forever accompany this. He is confronted with a choice; when this happens, does he bid his past farewell in his heart? Once a boy becomes an adult, he can no longer go back to being a boy; the boy is now a man. Only one thing can be said: "A boy has the right to dream.". For those endless possibilities are stretched out before him.

We must remember...all men were once boys.

I just want to be successful in my entrepreneurial pursuits right now. I quit my job about a year ago and it has been a very tough road. However, it has also taught me a lot. I do feel like I am struggling but I will succeed if I stay at it. My goal is just to travel the world and experience different countries and cultures.
