Today I learned that, while there are problems with the official information about the Moon Landings (such as "lost" telemetry data and moon rocks sold to museums, only to be discovered to be Earthly petrified wood), that it was either too difficult or impossible to fake the Apollo 11 Moon Landing

I learned that squirrels should be viewed as pests. lol

I never thought of them like that though many people around me have. I learned the hard way I guess. I hung out a bird feeder and these 3 tree rats keep showing up and eating it all! The one looks like he packed on nearly 2 pounds since I put the thing out there. lol

Fucking hell, I'm just over 1% of that and I still can't find the time to play them all.
"It turned out that the ghost was just Mr. Finley, who ran the amusement park. The spooky part is that, as soon as the ghost appeared, the teenagers' dog began to speak! And it spoke in a tortured parody of human speech: 'relp me, Raggy,' it would say. 'I am an abomination and rould re rilled. Rill re, Raggy.'"

LONG TIME NO SEE, Baron! How long's it been? Seven years? (Okay, I know we talked a couple of times.) Good to see you again!

It's amazing what a night out drinking can do to trigger memories. That's what I learned today!

I learned that maybe being a closed off person is in my favor. I was never one to do things just cause other people are or anything like that and it is likely why I had few friends growing up and even less now as an adult. I genuinely find it hard to connect with people in this world anymore and maybe that is a good thing. I am not being manipulated or brainwashed like I fear many others are.

I guess a lot of closed-off people can still be manipulated (or brainwashed) through what they read online, such as truly crazy conspiracy theorists who genuinely believe that Earth is flat, or that the Holocaust never happened. It's all about choosing wisely, and rationally.

Today I learned that our government (and the FBI) believed, and were investigating some stupid story about a man eating a baby. (This was quite some time ago.)

I certainly never got that chain mail.

I remember seeing that on Rotten, along with so many other bizarre things. That site was fucking fascinating to me back then.

Getting on the Whang train, I see.

Today I learned that many types of Korean (and surprisingly I mean South Korea, not North) websites are required by law to use 1990s Internet Explorer technology, including ActiveX and zero encryption. This is why Amazon has refused to operate there, understandably.

I imagine that the people who passed this law have already died.
