Thread: Sleeping naked or not?

As long as the temperature is acceptable, and I'm not in mixed company, I will sleep in just my boxers

I really dislike sleeping naked, after all, it is quite cold. Also, when I wake up, I end up catching a cold. I think sleeping naked is better for people living in hot places.

I'm pretty much naked all the time...

Unless I'm staying over with friends or family.

I've never slept naked in my entire life, literally. I always sleep with underwear and have done for a good 8 years now. Before, I slept with a t-shirt and shorts, but never naked.

Haven't slept fully naked but I sometimes sleep only with my underwear whenever it's really hot. I feel more comfortable sleeping without any shirt on and it helps me sleep better (probably because I sweat a lot). I also believe that it helps our skin breathe since our bodies are mostly covered with clothes during the day or most of the time

Naked? Nah! It just doesn't feel right. Personally, I prefer sleeping in my boxers, that way I'm able to sleep until morning. I only use my pajamas during cold seasons.
