Yeah the second series was a lot more picked up than from the first season. And the director from the first season wasn't directing the second season, in fact, it was a series of different directors doing an episode each. Drama was picked up more in the second season but it is to be preparing for what is to come in the third season *fingers crossed*

I won't spoil the show for anyone but without those dramatic episodes and plot changes, the show wouldn't get almost back on track with the comic.

I got sidetracked and stopped watching this, need to get a chance to catch up on season 2 as I've only seen like 2 episodes...

I plan on giving the comics a shot once I'm done watching season 2 as well. I've heard only great things about it, even from non-comic geeks, so am looking forward to it.

The show is too slow for me. They spend too much time on drama, not enough actions.
Well I like drama, but in a zombie series I want to see actions. Not someone crying and can't shoot his dead wife.

I guess I am used to the Resident Evil game series...packed with actions from the beginning to end.

    RE: The Walking Dead

I slipped a bit. I avidly watched the first season, watched the first episode of the second season, then kinda drifted off. When i came back, it was the second to last episode of the season. once i find the time, i'm gonna go back and watch the season 2.

With shows like these, you kind of have to approach it from more of a "humane" point of view. I think The Walking Dead wanted to approach a post-apocalyptic world with the primary goal of survival, not mass killing of the "walkers", which makes sense because killing zombies is only one of the MANY issues one has to face during any kind of fallout, nuclear or otherwise.

Though I fully enjoy Resident Evil, I think the pacing of The Walking Dead is fine for the purpose of developing character and establishing good conveyance of the plot and setting of the story.
A boy has the right to dream. There are endless possibilities stretched out before him. What awaits him down the path he will then have to choose; the boy doesn't always know. At some point the boy then becomes an adult, and learns what he was able to become. Joy and sadness will forever accompany this. He is confronted with a choice; when this happens, does he bid his past farewell in his heart? Once a boy becomes an adult, he can no longer go back to being a boy; the boy is now a man. Only one thing can be said: "A boy has the right to dream.". For those endless possibilities are stretched out before him.

We must remember...all men were once boys.

...Yeah, I kind of didn't read the comics, so she confused the hell out of me during the season 2 finale.

    RE: The Walking Dead

This is probably my most favorite thing on TV right now and cant wait for season 3. Pre Ordered Season 2 as its really awesome! The Box is in a HUGE Zombie head lol. To me i started watching season 1 around 11-12 a night and i got so into season 1 i watched the whole season on DVD till 5:30 and pretty much in a action zombie movie you dont really see the more drama stuff going on because everyone just wants action action yea ! blow his head off but when it actually comes down to it to me i think the drama is actually what makes you think more about whats going to happen and wanting to see whats next. The last 2 eps of season 2 id half to say was the best so far really because it was an old fashion zombie killing spree like in older movies.

I think if it really happen there actually showing what it probably would feel like to people personally when breaking down at whats going on around them. They do very well with this. Norman Reedus is the best actor on the series and the dude popularity has shot through the roof as an actor. He is my favorite in the series i just still wonder about his brother... not saying anything because i dont know if yall have seen season 2 yet.

Probably my most favorite Action Pact zombie movie is Resident Evil yes.. and then id probably half to say my next to that is the remake of Dawn of the Dead as it is really good and really gory. Then The Walking Dead im guessing its the only real Zombie Series out there and ranks as my #1 favorite Horror Series around.

(Aisha Clan Clan) I've never seen a ship like this before. It's far behind any C'tarl-C'tarl ship. It won't move unless you're naked! That's very kinky, wouldn't you say?
