Yep, glad I've been able to bother you all for so long and with so many unnecessary gif posts.

So I should make this post count with some meaningful thought or observation...

That's a great milestone! Congratulations, Asher. A cool little fact: once you reach 2000 posts you can either be a Legendary Outlaw, or (more fun) change your user title to whatever you want. Well... within reason. Outlaw Star Nexus would not be the same without your contributions, and overall being a bloody fun guy to talk to. Thanks! Your GIF spam is welcome! Here's a comparison:

How about - once we hit 2000 - you, Mantis, bestow upon us our outlaw nickname along with the title?

Something like:
Legendary Outlaw - Big Boss Mantis

It would be a really earned award, considering that - by 2000 posts - you should have a good idea of what to call us.
And it would let us live the mythos of Outlaw Star a little bit.

That's a cool idea. I'd just hope I picked a decent nickname and not something stupid. Isn't the next top active poster Hari? He has a long way to go. Maybe I set the target a bit too high.

I've also decided to make you a Nexus Crusader. Welcome to the elite... though it's more of a badge than anything with access to an extra not-so-interesting board. (I should make a thread with some proper rules, but I usually just hand it out to people who have been consistently active for a while.)
