RE: Legends of the Hidden Idolo

I'm back from my short trip to Grandma's. Lets face it, if I had to clean up human waste haz-mat suits would be the least I put on. Anyway, it was the white somewhat baggy body suits with the hoods and filtered masks, not the full bore ones were they had to wear oxygen tanks. They also had to check for mold while they were at it too because the waste might have created black mold or worse. The bill he was very expensive I tell you what (like for digits worth). The moral of this story is keep an eye on your hired help. The lighting storms were bad, but it stuck in the mid 90's the entire time and very muggy. The yard sale went great and we broke last year's earnings and I bought some non-anime related stuff like dress shirts and pants for work.

Ouch, quite a hefty fine... I'll keep that moral in mind. I'm glad to see the sale was successful.

Been over three years since my post on here. So here whats happened since then short version. Moved from our middle of nowhere place to another in a small rural town, but my commute to work is cut in half and have way faster internet. Moving is a pain in the ass, especially in the middle of the summer when it was 110 during the day and 95 at night. Took just over two weeks to do, but we got all our stuff out of one house to the other. Unfortunitly, two days after we were done moving my grandmother had a massive stroke that paralized the left side of her body. While dealing with that unpacking became the last piority and really didn't start unpacking almost four months later. The house I moved into was owned by two wheelchair bound people so when she temporarily moved in with me for a couple of months until her house was suited for her need and be wheelchair able. She was able to moved back to her house that December and my uncle now now is staying with her and taking care of her. Another bit of sad news to share also is that on January 23rd my dog Rusty past away at the age of 18. Some good news is that I adopted another dog a Jack Russle mix. He still needs some training, but a good dog still. I'll try to post here regularly. Until then, later.

Although we've caught up from time to time in the past three years, when you summarise all the crap that's happened in a post it really puts things into perspective. It sure hasn't been easy, but things are looking up this summer, right? You should post some photos of the new dog.

Sorry for not updating recently, but a lot been going on for me at home and at work. The at work part is normal just a lot of it being contracts always pick up during the spring and summer. At home however is a bit more complicated. I'll make it sort, my family got together after our family reunion I haven't been to in seven years and with long discussion we decided to sell my grandmother's house with her blessing and move her back with me temporarily until either my aunt finds a new place to move into or find a good retirment home with 24 hour care.

Your living/home situation sounds quite stressful. I hope you're able to manage that okay. All the best.

Hey guys sorry for the two months of being AWAL. The reason was that early last month at work I was putting boxes of old paper work in storage and I blew my back out. My boss told me to go home and if it wasn't better in two days he'll file worker's comp for me. After those two days I wasn't able to stand up straight without being in pain. So, I went to my doctor a week later and got x-rays gone. It was worse than we thought. I had two herniated disks in my lower back that required surgery mostly because two of the vertebrae were essentially rubbing together causing me pain. Luckily, I was able to get the surgery done last week and I now have fused vertebrae. Hoping to be back up and running in three weeks and back to work. So, that's what happened to and letting you guys now that I'm not dead. And I'll try to be back on here in two days for an update.

Sorry to hear that, Idolo. That sounds pretty terrible, but I'm glad you'll make a recovery in the coming weeks.

Glad too, could have been worst. Hoping after I see my doctor on Friday that he will let me back to work on "light duty". I don't mind being home with my Grandmother, but this made me realize there is truly nothing on TV in the middle of the day and Netflix can only do so much. Especially since the muscle relaxers I'm taking make me drowsy and Netflix at least stops running episodes from going on while I fell asleep. I'll make an update late Friday or sometime Saturday. I'm currently watching a drama series called Bloodline which I'm finding pretty good so far. There's plenty of content on Netflix. You just have to open yourself up to it more, since I recall that you told me you don't like TV series very much unless it's science fiction. (Maybe I remembered this wrong.) Interestingly though, how'd you do that with Netflix? From time to time I fall asleep and I find it's continued for a few episodes.
