These are afew i like.

-Mark Hamill's Joker...That voice just fits the character too well.
You can tell he LOVES playing that part...A meniacal, evil, sociopathic clown who kills hundreds of inocent civilians and thinks its freaking hysterical...THAT is evil incarnate...Nicholson and Ledger played them well on he big screem, but you just can't beat Hamill in the animated series and the Arkam games....He sounds so sadistic and happy at the same time...
Plus, he was Luke Sywalker. so BOTH skywalker men turned evil!
-Emperor Palpatine.: Star Wars So cold hearted in his voice, his actions, his look, and even his smile...Just plain creepy to look at.
Ghetsis: Pokemon black/white. He adopted his kid just to help him fulfill his evil schemes. and when the kid decided what Team Plasma was doing was wrong, Ghettos disowned him. A very deep, dark villain with a pretty psychotic scheme. Heartless, cruel, and manipulative. Impressive. And then he gets beaten by a 10 year old kid. WOO HOO.
-Oddjob, Bond. Midget with a deadly hat. That just sounds cool.
-Terminator from...Terminator. A relentless, nearly unstoppbable robot whose sole mission is to kill John Connor. And it takes another terminator, a huge freaking press. When it finally dies, you finally remember to breathe.
-Wekser, Resident Evil. Ah Resident Evil..So many weird villians. A cross dresser, an albino midge (see above), and then you have Wesker. an American/English/something man whose heart is as black as his sunglasses and trench coat. He took up position at the top of the Racoon Police Department just to develop the T-Virus...He had no regard for the safety of the city, his team, or anyone else. He just wanted an army of tyrants (with one big arm and one tiny one...odd design) to take over the world. And he hides it very very well. He's a man with a mission and not a single person in the world will stop him. Not even his old partners from the RPD. One sick, but awesome SOB.

There are a lot more, but this post is getting too big to begin with.

Nyu - Elfen Lied.

Altho she was not a bad guy throughout the series someone id half to have as a bad guy. She kinda was on both sides just killed who she really wanted to alot of the times. I just dont think id want to be on her bad side on either side you was on.... sorry i looked at you the wrong way... *broke leg* dont do it again! *breaks hand* AHHH Please i beg you! *rips head off by twisting it all the way around and off* Think you lost something... *keeps walking* haha here let me shake your hand AHHH my hands gone.... X3 Nyu is just bad to the bone... its like ill rip you apart in 3 seconds....

Those are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head that I think are really awesome and although I'm usually rooting for the good guys, I am also in distraught when one of these villains is losing.

I like Joker too. I don't think X-men is bad guys lol

Outlaw star favorite: harry macdougal, im a sucker for the crazy bad guy who comes so close to redemption but never really can find it.

Favorite Favorite: DIO(Jojo's bizzare adventurestardust crusader), he is everything a good villain should be, good looking, powerful, charming and vicious, this constant calm with a torrent of evil and violence underneath

I never seemed to manage an OS favorite in terms of bad guys, but I have lots of bad guys I love outside of it...

Most notably, I adoooore Rook in Phi Brain. It's not just his poofy hair and backstory that really gets me. He's just awesome [and I mean, in S2-3 he's a good guy again anyway...But...He's so badass dangit.]
