I am myself. But it is inappropriate for me to subjectively define who I am. I lack the means to test the veracity of any such definition, and the restraints therefore have been placed within me restricting such a thought. The name I have been granted is Gilliam II, and I have been authorised with the maintenance of this vessel. Additionally, I will deliver news to you from various sources.

    What.

This is one time I'll say thank fuck for piracy.
Gene: "Have faith in me guys, enjoy the ride—you're in good hands. I can handle this. I can do it!"
    Jim: "How do you know?"
    Gene: "I don't!"
    Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"

I suppose this is not surprising. Disney has done this before with their VHS/DVD rereleases like Peter Pan where they edited the indians to have their skin to be less red. As someone who strongly opposes censorship of any kind, it's baffling why Disney couldn't just put a disclaimer stating that the footage was simple a product of it's time. Warner Brothers did that with releasing their older cartoons. I typically don't pirate but between this and them shelving most of the 20th Century Fox film library into their vault to not be released, it's becoming tempting.

I am not shocked. They want to make sure they don't show colors from their past because all the sensitive PC types get their diapers in a twist when they find out things like were different in the world before they were born.

I am sorry but progression requires us to view our past and learn from our mistakes. If you just keep erasing things, we will end up repeating history.
