Are less people watching TV these days?

It would seem to be the case from what I have observed, at least with the 40 and under groups. A lot of people watch tv series, movies, and other things on their computers, tablets, or phones. A lot of people are actually heavily inclined to mobile viewing. That is something I really don't do too often. I think the only time I will watch a video on my phone is in bed before I fall asleep. Usually it is just a short youtube video.

What do out guys think? Is there a decline today on television viewership?

I stopped watching TV in 2008ish since there's nothing good on, and I get all my entertainment from the internet. The only TV shows I like I can get on Netflix and such.

I don't have the numbers to prove and create an informed opinion so I can only speak for myself. I do not consume content on televisions anymore, and I'm more into mobile viewing like you said. A great thing about it is you can watch them in demand, whenever, wherever, as long as you have an internet connection. That's more favorable and convenient for me.
