Did you see the trailer?

I am somewhat a fan of Sonic having played the games in the 90's. I am not a die hard fan but I may have eventually seen the movie, that was until I saw what he looked like. Much love for Jim's crazy side coming back as Eggman but Sonic... WTF!?



Look at the dislike rating. I also seen a few people's videos get taken down for criticizing the movie trailer.

Sonic looks like the offspring of Sonic and a human having a kid or an actual child in a bad furry costume. Were they even trying?? I am sorry but he looks absolutely stupid!

Well, it looks better than Doom Annihilation. They just have such baffling decisions like the dialogue choices, the plot involving Sonic being on the run from the military, and who the hell thought that Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise" fit a kid friendly character like Sonic? The most we can hope for is it being on the level of the Street Fighter movie where it becomes funny for how stupid it is. I know I'm gonna get really fucking drunk when I see it since that's the proper way to see a movie like that.

As good as Jim Carrey is, I don't think he'll be able to pull off the most iconic moment in Sonic history.

The trailer doesn't showcase the particular plot-line I was hoping for...

I feel like you may have watched this video already but I am going to post it here anyways. I blame this fan base for this movie now.

I guess the director legit cares and listened. They are going to change the way he looks. This is why I gotta love capitalism. People spoke out and said they wouldn't pay to see it and they had to listen or risk losing a ton of money. The internet won this round... Or so it would appear.

I was just out walking my dog and saw that on my phone...it's not like I'm gonna see the movie either way, but good on at least that one guy for acknowledging the issue.

Outted yet again as a Mister Metokur fan. Yeah, I watch Deviant's religiously. Funny story, I was at an airport in Japan and noticed the guy next to me watching Deviant's too, it was the weirdest coincidence. We ended up talking for an hour about beer & SJWs.
