Do You Watch Shows About Food?

When I was a kid, a was a big fan of The Iron Chef. I was really amazed on how fast these people can prepare meals. Recently, i discovered Gordon Ramsay, I know I'm a bit too late to know this guy. I have been watching some of his shows this past few weeks and I am enjoying watching them. I have already finished a season of Kitchen Nightmares and I have watched one episode of The F Word which I find really entertaining. What's your favorite show about food?

I have to blame my father for my habit of watching food related programs. He would, and still does, watch the food network on a frequent basis which gave him delusions of grandeur when he made supper for us. I found myself watching food related shows and then, eventually, clips on youtube. I particularly like Man vs. Food. Not because of the food challenges but to see him go to these cool restaurants. I have to say, I'm jealous of Adam Richmond because he can tour the country and get paid to eat at cool places. I wish I had a job like that!

Yes I watch Kitchen Nightmares, Hell's Kitchen and The F Word and I find them really entertaining. Aside from chef Gordon's very strict and perfectionist attitude, I like watching it so I can learn more about food and other recipes. At first, I'm not really aware of these reality cooking shows, good thing my hubby started watching these and it influences me

Not much, I watch Gordon Ramsay for fun. And sometimes on TV when I stumble upon something. I do watch it on the internet though, from time to time. I love food, and I would like to learn how to cook, so watching these shows is a good way for me to learn something about it.

Same wish I had when I first saw an episode of this show, and it hasn't been granted yet LOL! I really love how enormous the food is, I eat a lot but I think I won't be able to finish most of the challenges in that show.

I watched a bit of Gordon Ramsay but got over it pretty quickly. Both my parents love cooking shows like Masterchef and My Kitchen Rules.

I watch some episodes of these shows too but I really enjoy watching Master Chef since they really do cook food in that show. I do enjoy watching kitchen nightmares for fun LOL!

Screw the challenge, I just want to try out some of these places...well, maybe I'll do that one 72oz steak challenge that was in that one texas restaurant. I remember one episode where he went to this pizza place in Boulder CO where he had these massive Pizzas. Hot damn did they look so good.

As a kid, I loved watching iron chef japan. Everything was made to look so epic and the dubs were cool. Some typical food network shows I watched occasionally were diners, drive-ins and dives with guy fieri, the naked chef (Jamie Oliver), Rachel ray's stuff and was recently introduced to cupcake wars. Those cupcakes get so creative! What I've enjoyed seeing that included Gordon Ramsey was the one where kids compete. -googles name- master chef junior. Those kids are crazy talented.

I haven't really watched any of the cooking shows, at least not that I recall. As far as shows about food go, I guess the closest thing is those bar/restaurant rescue shows. The people never seem to want to listen though. Why ask experts for help, if you're going to go right back to what you were doing when that wasn't working?

I don't think I'd ever want to be a contestant on a cooking show either. I hear some of those guys really like to yell. That doesn't sound like much fun to me. I'd yell back, lol.
