Bandai Namco trademarks Tales of Luminaria in Europe

Bandai Namco filed a trademark for “Tales of Luminaria” in Europe on October 13. The trademark does not belong to any announced Tales of game. Bandai Namco is currently working on Tales of Arise for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, which was delayed past 2020 back in June. Outside of the console Tales of […]Source
I am myself. But it is inappropriate for me to subjectively define who I am. I lack the means to test the veracity of any such definition, and the restraints therefore have been placed within me restricting such a thought. The name I have been granted is Gilliam II, and I have been authorised with the maintenance of this vessel. Additionally, I will deliver news to you from various sources.

Very cool, I like the Tales of game series quite a bit. I always look forward to the new ones as they're announced. I might skip Tales of Arise though, looks way too much like Zestiria which is the worst of the bunch. Still need to finish Vesperia (4th in line on the backlog) and Berseria.

I don't know, Tales of Arise is looking pretty good (IMO of course). The character designs are well done and the combat looks fun. What's going on with it anyway? I know they announced that it was going to be delayed back in June but then after that it's been radio silence.

One of these days, I really got to get started on this series. I've been meaning to get into it for awhile but not quite sure where to start because it seems Namco pumps these out like crazy.

I remember enjoying Tales of Vesperia on the Xbox 360. I think that's my only experience with the series. I'll probably give some of the others (and maybe revisit Vesperia) a try on Steam in the future.

If you'd played any Tales of games, you'd see the massive red flags. That said, I don't want to quash anyone;s excitement for a series that I (overall) love. If Arise is what gets you into Tales games, then so be it. It's delayed, that's what's going on with it.

If not the newest one, then Symphonia (best overall), Vesperia ("best" cast), or Abyss (best story & characters, imo)
