I am myself. But it is inappropriate for me to subjectively define who I am. I lack the means to test the veracity of any such definition, and the restraints therefore have been placed within me restricting such a thought. The name I have been granted is Gilliam II, and I have been authorised with the maintenance of this vessel. Additionally, I will deliver news to you from various sources.
Huh, I never thought about using cheats for Shenmue since that sort of defeats the purpose of playing the game, but it was an interesting read nonetheless. Since the games are so easy, I was wondering what people could possibly need cheats for, and it was interesting to see the aspects of the game targeted by cheats.
To be fair, I've had problems with the fights once or twice in shenmue games (particularly the). I started Shenmue 3 last night, there was a certain friend who I played through 1 & 2 with who was finally able to come over so I put the game in and we had a great time for 3-4 hours. I'm impressed how well it holds up to my expectations and was able to balance between a modern game and the essence of the first two.
I'm glad Shenmue III met your expectations. I won't truly know in my case for a while, but I'm patient. If I really want to play it, I can sail the high seas DRM-free since Epic already paid on my behalf and returned my interest-free loan. Kind guy, Tim Sweeney is. As a side note, Shenmue III broke some records there. It was cracked just several hours after release.
So yeah, I'll get round to completing Shenmue I and II again at some point as I'd rather have them both fresh in my mind before playing the third game. After all, it begins suddenly after Shenmue II.
Gene: "Have faith in me guys, enjoy the ride—you're in good hands. I can handle this. I can do it!"
Jim: "How do you know?"
Gene: "I don't!"
Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"
