    I remember hearing about this back when the Kickstarter (or whichever platform they used) was running, and seeing a video last Summer about "what happened to Star Citizen"...everytime I look into this I'm shocked that

    1. People are still giving them money
    2. They haven't canceled the project yet

    It's nowhere near any of the goals they set out to achieve, it doesn't deliver the same genre of gameplay that was promised, and it nickel-and-dimes you for ships and such. Nearly everyone playing the game probably donated to/invested in it, and now they want money at every turn. Scam of the century, but I WILL play it if it ever comes close to the original vision because I just feckin' love space.
