Gotta love the Towards Star Universe.
What's your favorite locale the good crew passed through?
I'm gonna start with Sentinel 3.
Where it all began.
Fond memories.

Heifong!
The bustling city which a good chunk of the last half of the series was spent. Things looked fun in Heifong, it was like Sentinel on steroids. Sure, Gene was involved in not one, but TWO fights to the death, among other things, but...Heifong!
Second place would definitely have to be the Galactic Leyline. The yellow hue and the mysterious nature of it definitely set it apart from everywhere else.
The Galactic Leyline would be #1 for me.
Check out and "like" my Outlaw Star Facebook Pages! Thanks!
Gene Starwind, Jim Hawking, Melfina, Twilight Suzuka, Gilliam II, MacDougall Brothers, Hot Ice Hilda, Gwen Khan, Swanzo, Lord Hazanko, Tobigera, Shimi, Hanmyo
The home of the might Fred Lou does appease.
Gotta love the Space Race arc as well.
The Leyline, now that was trippy.

Tenrei. Need I explain?
Just kidding. But really, I'm gonna go with the Leyline as well. Just gotta love the surreality.
Sort of off-topic, but I spotted a game on the Android marketplace called "Sentinel 3: Homeworld" today. To say the least I was somewhat amused.
If it was my choice, for my own purposes, I'd probably say Tenrei, actually. Not for the comic relief, but it seems like a place where I could really clear my head and enjoy life. However, if I'm choosing just by where I enjoyed the most in Gene and co.'s travels, the Galactic Leyline was certainly the most interesting place, understandably. It's probably why I chose the final episode as my favourite. But despite being the most interesting, I think I love Sentinel III the most. It's not completely packed like Heifong is, but Gene has some good friends there like Clyde and Iris, and there are lots of great places to visit. Restaurants, casinos, or... hotels. ("Gene Starwiiiind, you scumbag!")
Gene: "Have faith in me guys, enjoy the ride—you're in good hands. I can handle this. I can do it!"
Jim: "How do you know?"
Gene: "I don't!"
Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"
Co-singing the Leyline. I probably wouldn't want to live there, but it'd be nice to take a quick visit every now and then to cure the boredom and mundanity of everyday life.
Tenrei...
Hard to say that that one is not enjoyable.
Perhaps it's not the most proper to praise,
but NO MATTER!
That setting was kickin' bro. 8)

... a place to hang out, in all the settings in Outlaw Star, i think the leyline would be the place to be.. next to Heifong.
