    Channels

It occurred to me a while ago that the music heard in the anime sounds different the the official soundtrack. Does anybody known which channel is removed to give this effect?
(Eg: The almost reggae beat in Wander is remove in the Next Episode segment.)

What do you mean by channel in this context, Dymus? You're right though. There are many tracks that aren't even in the OSTs, and often alternative versions of those that are, such as a version of Operation that's mostly percussion.
Gene: "Have faith in me guys, enjoy the ride—you're in good hands. I can handle this. I can do it!"
    Jim: "How do you know?"
    Gene: "I don't!"
    Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"

Say, if you were to divide it up, you'd have the base, melody ect...
And what I'm thinking is that (like most shows) the soundtrack released is the original version of the song; it was the editors that played with them a little to change the sound.
I've been playing with the soundtracks in various audio editing programs, and have yet to find what exactly was changed/removed to achieve the sound that appeared in the show (Personally, I think some are better after editing, like Wander).
