Any updates?
Sorry, this has been a long time coming. Honestly, that isn't specific to this kit as the past six months have been trying and I'm only just getting back on track with things. But that aside, I'm happy to say that things are now in motion.
I've finalised arrangements with Carlos and the kit is in transit to Mexico. In a matter of days it'll be there. I'm not sure how long Carlos will take to cast the figure (so he can produce extra copies) and assemble/paint/send mine, but if my experience with sending the XGP kit to him several years ago is anything to go by, he's pretty fast.
I don't know if anyone has seen this yet (I'm not uploading the images here to respect the painter's wishes) but it's very cool to see, and I sent this to Carlos as a reference. I'm confident he'll produce/paint figures almost the same as this. Apparently, the painter had been holding on to the garage kit for more than a decade until somebody wanted it painted, so she did it as a commission job. It goes to show how rare this kit is. It's certainly one of the very few times I've seen somebody say they owned the kit. I'm just glad I can now help bring it to anybody who wants one.
Gene: "Have faith in me guys, enjoy the ride—you're in good hands. I can handle this. I can do it!"
Jim: "How do you know?"
Gene: "I don't!"
Jim: "I knew it."
Gene: "That's okay. There's a first time for everything!"
Would love a Aisha figure myself, cannot wait to see what Carlos' final product.![]()
Sorry about the lack of updates. I wish UPS would stop scratching their arses and do something.

I heard a lot of good stuff about UPS, seems that good stuff was BS.
I haven't had many issues with them in terms of actually receiving the item, but it does usually tend to take 2 business days longer than other services. On top of that, they love to deliver to a person at the door almost as much as FedEx, so if you aren't home much UPS can be a pain in the ass.
I have some really bad news, though there might be light at the end of this tunnel.
It turns out the Japanese seller swindled me. The garage kit is missing a vital part: the ponytail. It's quite a large part, so I share part of the blame for not noticing its absence but there was no mention of this in the item's description (I certainly double-checked it as I didn't want to spend so much on something that could be defective in any way) and in my near-fifteen-year history of bidding online I've never been robbed like this before, so in my naivety I did not think to check the parts thoroughly. I actually own two Melfina garage kits which came perfectly. Lesson learned, and listen up weeaboos: there are cunts in Japan too.
It was Carlos of course who told me about the missing part. This isn't the end however. He told me that he could attempt resculpting the ponytail using the multi-angle high-res images I found on a site as a reference. He said it won't be perfect, but I trust the guy and it's not like we have any other option right now. He said it might turn out "nice" and he's very passionate about his work, so who knows?
I know a few of you were really looking forward to this and I'm sorry about that, but do understand I've been stung the most here. With everything added up I've probably spent nearly $300 on this Aisha figure. A very shitty day indeed. But with Carlos' hard work we might end up with a part that's very close to the original. Given the struggles so far (and Carlos' efforts), if the outcome is good I do hope you'll buy an Aisha figure. Carlos deserves that, especially with how he's made the Melfina and XGP figures available in the past.

Is there a Figurine of Aisha's beast form?
