If technology makes most people less active, what are ways to correct this?

I know for me, sitting at a computer all day working is not healthy. I started making small adjustments. Instead of using a computer chair, I am sitting on one of them stability balls. I just rotate my body or bounce on it. I can't just sit still on it so that is good. It keeps my lower half active. I did use one awhile ago when I was writing a book. I would be sitting at my computer for sometimes 5 hours straight. My back didn't hurt anymore and I lost weight. Go figure! So I am doing it again.

What are some other changes people can make to keep more active while enjoying technology?

Get out more and bringing their laptops with them. The thing is you don't get that active if you're pretty much inside the house, so it's best to head over to a place where there's lots of action as long as there's wifi.
