I recently seen a make-up commercial advertising a mascara that is "sweat proof". It shows a woman going hard at the gym and covered in sweat. Says something like "What? You don't want your make up to work hard?" or something like that. Am I the only one who thinks this is weird? Why would you wear make-up to the gym.. Like if you are exercising, you are going to be sweating. If you are sweating, toxins and junk are coming out of your pores. That is going to mix in with your "sweat proof" make-up and be a disaster for your skin. It will just trap all the junk under it.
On top of this, aren't you planning on showering or at the very least rinsing your face off after? I am not someone who wear make-up very often. When I do it is usually a little mineral powder to rid shine and some lip color. Maybe that is why this concept is weird to me. lol
