Ever had this kind of sleep ?

I just woke up from a few hours of something i don't know how to call : sleep or coma ?

I was very dynamic when i was hit by a big fatigue. I layed down for five minutes and woke up 3 or 4 hours later.
"You just dozed off" you'll say but when i come back from sleep, i'm okay.
But this time i felt a slight nausea and my muscle were extremely weak, like when you come back from a full anesthesia.
I was barely able to stand of my feet, hopefully my place is 12mē, but it's still Strange and as i write that right now, my legs are still very weak.

So what do you think ? A nap a bit too deep ? Or Something else ?
Have you ever had that kind of experience ?

I've fallen asleep from 2 hour nap, nap for headache restoration type. I have had a unable to walk when I was younger, anything under the age of 16, and I never knew where I was for a few moments, like I went under some kind of Star Trek mind wipe or the like. Always recovered, bit uneasy with walking the 4 or 5 steps to the bedroom door. Then once I step out, boom... I got all my faculties back. Never had that experience since and I'm 29 now. I somewhat understood what was going on and at the same didn't.

    Ok.
    Thanks for sharing, it's reassuring.
I don't know why but everything feels wrong since a few days, it's been a strange month for me.

If it doesn't go away, perhaps ask your doctor. For me I think it was made from the fact I didn't have a good upbringing. But who knows, it may just go away by itself.

Sometimes I too experience waking up totally drained as in my body doesn't respond when I try to move it. I really don't know what causes it. Here people are telling me that it could be the effect of a dream or a nightmare that I just had but forgot when I woke up. It is quite a mystery not knowing what really causes it though.

Well, I would say that if you nap off and sleep too long just like you described, it only means one thing and it's that your body was worn out and thus it needed the rest. Check out your daily schedule and see how possible it could be having it adjusted in order to afford your body some break interval.

When I stress myself too much during the day, I ended up feeling weak and experiencing pains all over my joints and muscles. Sometimes, I do take pain killers to help me with the pains and once I hit my bed, I would most likely sleep for more than 8 hours straight without getting up to even urinate.
