    Vector Assistance?

I'm planning on redecorating my bedroom in the coming weeks. This time I have decided, instead of the traditional solid colour, I'd rather create my own personal mural. With a white base, I plan on painting large images of significant characters to me on to it.

As you have probably have guessed now, Gene will be among them.
I was hoping that someone with the talent would be to create a clean B&W vector of this image?:

Which I can then create a stencil of to apply to my wall.
    Anyone willing?

    RE: Vector Assistance?

I'm wanting to try vectoring out in the near future. Whilst I have a good amount of Photoshop experience, I have very little Illustrator/other vector software experience. Perhaps in the future I could help you if you can't find anybody, but for now you'll need to find someone else. It may be a good idea to commission someone from deviantART.

    RE: Vector Assistance?

I'm pretty good with photo editing software so I gave it a try, I don't know if it's vector-y enough though... Mantis is right, it'd probably be easier to have someone from DA do it, I have no idea how to open the tool that makes the lines connect on the right layer and... well...

    Here is my attempt though
I have the big big file if you do want to play with it, I dunno how to send it though.

    Sweet idea.
I'm no good at such things myself.
So best of luck to ya.
I look forward to this epic mural.

That's an awesome idea dymus. Alas, I still don't live in a place where I can do what I want with the walls. No paint, no posters, nothing... Bare walls sadden me :'( I'm sorry but I can not be of any assistance either -_-

Hannah, that's pretty good. I think the legs need editing, but that aside I like it.

Kokirininja: Why can't you use Blu-Tac?

Wish I could but regardless on whether the material is easy to remove or not its still against the rules to put anything on the walls

    RE: Vector Assistance?

Sounds like a real pain. Just work around the inspection days and take them down then, maybe? And on the bright side I guess it isn't against the rules to put anything on the door. Or the window? There was someone at my uni with a huge Scribblenauts poster on their window. I'm not sure why though, unless they hated the little amount of sunlight that gets through.

    That. Is. Brilliant!

    Thank you
I'll PM you my email; if you could send the large image?

As for the legs/rock(?), I'm not sure how they worked, even in the original screenshot? Still, I can build upon the rock to give it a more 'trapezium' shape .
