Thread: Stocks are being manipulated by the people and I think this is a good thing

I am not sure if this is happening elsewhere but in the US, the stock market is being inflated by working-class Americans in different areas and the "elite" and ultra-wealthy people are panicking. What is happening is every day people are making a lot of money in stocks right now and when they pull out, from my understanding, it will leave a lot of really wealthy people hurting by millions, possibly billions.

They are trying to explain how this is bad for everyone via MSM and people are not falling for it. They know they are being deceived and that they are only interested in protecting the rich people. I use "rich people" loosely because I am not talking about people who earned their wealth by means of hard work and determination but those who have stockpiled wealth and became even richer in 2020 because of the lockdown and because working-class people were losing so much.

What are your thoughts on everything happening?

I see Robinhood put a stop to things as well as some other apps meant to be for people to do stock trades and what not and people are flipping out over it. I hope people continue to demand their rights here because there is so much to this that just isn't right. Like these companies are accepting money from wealthy elites to protect their profits. It is sick.

What Robinhood and a few other brokerages were doing is (to my limited knowledge) a violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

I guess everyone has a price. Robinhood quickly backstabbed its customers. It's a shame to see that companies like Discord are also in Wall Street's pocket.

I think this whole thing is insane and a real eye-opener for a lot of people. I hope more and more people pay attention. This is a prime example of "the club" and everyday people not being welcomed in it. You can't be rich unless you are part of their group. They don't care if you have a few million to your name but the guy that was upper-middle class in America becoming a millionaire with a net worth of 37 million is a problem to them. They don't want free thinkers having wealth.

This is a reason a lot of these people HATE Elon Musk. He is not in the club and they are targeting him right now for not hiring enough non-US citizens. Like what the actual heck.
