RE: How to take care of your computer!

Are we talking hardware or software?
If it's hardware, then just don't knock the sh*t out of your computer, and it'll be fine. Along with other things that will come as common sense, such as: don't run magnets across it, try not to spill liquids on it etc. maybe dust the insides every now and then, but try not to void the warranty unless you know what you're doing.
As for software, well there's a bunch of stuff to keep in mind. Program Updates, Driver Updates and Malware Scans are things you can do to keep your computer fresh. Also think about browsing the internet carefully. i.e. Don't install toolbars onto your browser, and don't download stuff you see in popups.
Again, just use common sense, and everything will work out fine.

Sorry for the confusion, I forgot to say software.

So what would you suggest I do for a virus scanner?

Malwarebytes is a good free scanner. for internet security, I use AVG. there are more options if you're willing to pay for it though.[hr]

For physical problems like such, if you have another means of getting on the internet (Lapto[, i[Product] ect...) I typically just google the problem.

Most likely, I'm not the first with the problem; and find a solution was posted atleast 3 years previous

RE: How to take care of your computer!

Please refrain from asking questions you already know the answer to. (Well, I'm guessing you do, but if you don't, bless your soul.) Computers are an area of study that require your own input, nearly wholly. If you just ask for answers all the time nothing will stick. If you want to become competent you need to research topics and not be spoon-fed.

Your last two posts just come across as silly and spammy, so I have issued a warning. The warning will disappear in one month. If you have any particular problems when you receive your machine, feel free to ask, but until then (and afterwards for that matter) do not post inane questions. Thank you.
