RE: My Anime Collection (So Far)

Very nice collection. More respectable than mine at any rate. Are the whole series of Code Geass and R2 in those little standard DVD cases? It's rare you get whole series like that, or are they just volumes? That's a lot of Dragon Ball.

Yeah Mantis, Somehow they squeezed 4 discs in those normal sized cases. Bandai with their lazy packaging lol.

RE: My Anime Collection (So Far)

Literally, all I own is bit's and pieces that I've seen cheap around town. It's hard to find good at anime at a decent price, here. And it's only recently that I've started shopping online (Notice the American DBZ dvd's).

Left to right, starting from top row:
    Freedom, The Complete Collection
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
    Yu Yu Hakusho Volume 3
    Excel Saga Volume 1
    Yu-Gi-Oh The Movie (VHS)
    Yotoden (VHS)
    Appleseed
    Kai Doh Maru
Requiem from the Darkness Volume 3
    Naruto Volume 1
    Psychic Wars
    Blood The Last Vampire
    Akira
Ghost In The Shell SAC Volume 1
    DBZ - Captain Ginyu: Assault
    DBZ - Garlic Jr. Saga

Also, not pictured is Urotsukidoji, and probably 1 or 2 others I forgot about.
I think Mantis will get a kick out of seeing one of those DVD's in the collection. He knows which one it is, lol

My manga collection however is much MUCH larger. I think I may have close to 100 books. Sorry, not going to photograph that.

RE: My Anime Collection (So Far)

Finally got my hands on Akira today. It was at Best Buy which really suprised me. Cant wait to rewatch it again.

I also got Metropolis today. One of the best anime films ever IMO. It took forever to find it but I got it for dirt cheap at a used video store (not the best method to buy anime for the industry I know) and I couldnt pass on the price
