Thread: Anime Gifts!

So Christmas is basically here. I wanted to see if you guys got any anime related gifts for your friends or family.

I don't have anyone who is into anime like me and I am even considered a mild fan to most but to my family, I am just weird. Like I would dream of asking for something anime related since I know they wouldn't have a clue what I was talking about.

If you go something for someone that is anime related, share about it!

I'm a cheapskate and a very frugal person, so the only thing that I might give to someone anime-related this Christmas is a link to free anime streaming sites. Haha!

Yeah, I usually get my sister some manga, figures, poster, etc. Her room back at my parents' place and my room at my apartment are both jam-packed with anime/manga/game stuff so it has really slowed down in the past few years. Plus i'm living with my fiance now so my space has effectively been halved.

I am tight on space right now, hoping to be ready to buy a home in 2020. I get that with space... like buying things for yourself or others that is collection related takes up room. I have 3 bookshelves filled with stuff and keep getting more so I had to put a lot of my stuff in boxes. That is cool though that you have someone to buy for. I never know what to get anyone cause I don't share the same interests.

I went to the mall last night and saw a lot of Anime merchandise and there's this stall which sells Naruto Clan Symbol Pendants and it was nicely done, made of metal and handcrafted, it was affordable and cheap at $4 each. I bought an Uzumaki, an Uchiha, a Hyuga and a Gaara to give as gifts to my kids, they can have 2 each. I also bought them shirts with the clan symbols on the back and the faces of the characters in the front.

I've still got a few presents to buy, but no, nothing yet. I have a nephew who likes anime, but as far as I know he told his mother he'd rather just have money from people this Christmas. It's annoying because it takes the fun out of Christmas but I guess I'll end up giving him £30 or something. Plus I do understand wanting money from my youth years. I wish I didn't have to get him a card to put the money in. I'd start a rant about cards but this isn't the right thread.
