Recurring themes in anime / stereotypes

Don't really know what work I'm looking for here, but I know it's really neither of the ones I used. But I used them still, go sue me!

I just wanted to raise up some discussion about the typical stuff that tends to happen from series to series, preferably something that would be typical for only anime in general. I'm talking about stuff like nosebleeds when something even remotely erotic happens/comes into view, characters' hair growing when they use their special abilities, perverted old men... You get the idea.

What typical anima stuff is you faviourite, and what don't you like the slightest?

A recurring theme in especially anime from the 90's and 2000's is that they always an episode dedicated to fan service. In TV and OVA's its usually at a hot springs or pool/beach trips like episode 23 of Outlaw Star. Another fan service theme in anime movies usually had the "shower/bathing scene" like in Chun Li in Street Fighter II movie and Mai Shiranui from all the Fatal Fury OVA's and movie.

My favorite theme is the pervy stalker character that just appears out of nowhere to freak the characters out and the fact that nothing can be done to curb his habit since the police are incredibly useless.

Prime character examples: Mr. Kimura from Azumanga Daioh and Fukuyama from Girls Bravo.

I tend to like the beach/fan service specials that basically happen without explicitly saying "hey this is just for fan service kthx". I also like the tendency for tsundere characters. And the love notes in lockers concept. And the married umbrella.

On the other hand...I don't really like some of the bullying techniques we see in anime. Seriously, putting tacks in someone's shoes isn't 'bullying', it's harassment. And another thing I find annoying is the stereotype that blondes are delinquents. o.O Some are just born that way, and some have reasons other than delinquency. It was actually pointed out/addressed very well in one manga I like though~

Another one that has been around for awhile is the harem anime theme where one guy has a bunch of girls that are around him constantly and in reverse for girls surrounded by guys. Anime that fall into this are Love Hina, Negima, Shuffle! and Fruits Basket. Another I just remembered is the ganguro (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ganguro). At one point anime seems to have at least one charater that was a ganguro Aisha Clan Clan, Mihoshi Kuramitsu from Tenchi Muyo!, Nanvel Candlestick from Burn Up W/Excess, Momo Adachi from Peach Girl, Yoruichi Shihōin and Tier Harribel from Bleach.

There seems to be this really weird thing in every anime where two characters fall and end up in inappropriate positions. Maybe the first time you see it, it's funny, but then after a while, you start to wonder if it's some kind of absurd requirement that all anime have to have at least one instance of this happening. I don't particularly dislike it, I just don't see a reason for it.

When two good fighters are fighting and we jump into the heads of any of the random audience hearing them explain why that punch was so good. One thing that happens more often than it should is shouting attack names. I never understood it. By shouting it you're alerting your opponent to it and giving him time to counter it, not to mention it sounds lame as hell most of the time. But, well.. I guess moves do need catchy names, maybe they just needn't be shouted every time they're used.
