Thread: Hey everybody!

Thought I'd hop in and introduce myself!

I'm a huge Outlaw Star fan(obviously) and I've been watching the show at least a few times a year now! I have two tattoos(the dragon with Gene's Star backdrop) and A tattoo of Gilliam on my chest lol.

I'm a sci-fi writer, currently working on my first novel and world building(you can probably guess what's inspired me all these years lol).

I can't wait to talk to more fans and spend some more time on the forum!

Awesome to hear about you writing a novel! Especially sci-fi. You going for a space adventure type thing or is it a more cerebral "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" deal? I myself had an interest in screenwriting...well, filmmaking actually but after some thought I figured I wouldn't be very good at it. Still, I would like to write a screenplay one of these days just to see what I come up with. But enough about me, I look forward to reading your book should you release it!

Anywho, I think you'll like in these parts. Nice and friendly people. We usually have game and movie night on the weekends (Assuming something in our personal lives don't come up) so you're welcome to join those if you'd like. Hope to hear more from ya soon!

Thanks for the warm welcome! And yes, my novel is more of a space adventure/fantasy than anything and it's extremely fun to write so far!

Hey. Looks like I missed this thread, god damn it. Welcome to Nexus! Outlaw Star tattoos? That we've gotta see! The Gilliam monitor, or the pink Gilliam bot? I've only seen a few Outlaw Star tats before.

Feel free to post any kind of novel progress in Starwind & Hawking, but I doubt it would be better than my absolutely serious novel there!

I was a bit too busy to check on the forum often this week, now here I am doing a 3rd introduction/welcome...I don't know what happened but I'm happy that the forum is exploding with activity all of a sudden.

I'm Zemekis, I work with Mantis on a lot of the projects around here (manga translation, light novel translation, etc.). Mantis is the site owner/admin and I'm the only Moderator under him at the moment. I like to think I'm not too strict, lol. In fact, I'm almost as poorly behaved as Baron ^ most of the time.

My squad leader in the Army actually gave me both of these tattoos, it was something he was good at and wanted to do professionally-and he had good prices- so I was happy to let him practice on me lol

Squaddie (leader) is really good at that. 10/10 tattoos. No bias... I promise.

Nice tattoos as well. How long have you had the one on your chest? I don't have colored tattoos, only black ones so I am curious about the color fade.
